Rafting on Sunday (08/28/11) for Minh's 24th...
It. Was. Awesome!!! I have to say, I LOVE RAFTING! I’ve been rafting a few times before in California. Just the easy going level 1-2 where you basically just float down the river with a cooler of brew and Henny. It’s definitely a blast  just being able to chill, relax, and goof off with cool people. Here are a few photo’s from my first rafting trip on the American River (CA)....

Mommy's Home Today!
Picked her up from the airport this morning. Now she can teach me how to cook Asian food! I’ve only been able to make American food thus far, recipes that I’ve picked up online. I need some Asian cuisine in my diet!
